Decentralization ~ Energy Independence

Electricity is a human right. Electricity powers our industrial plants and reactors, it powers our trains and vehicles, it runs our financial systems, powers our home appliances and lights our streets. The need for electricity in all of what we do makes it indispensable to our modern world. What would our world be like without electricity? Due to economic expansion, our global economy currently needs thousands of new electricity plants to meet world wide demand. And now with AI we need potentially 100 times as much to supply the need for big data and exponential computation.

Like a giant octopus enclosing and constraining its tentacles, the rigid dependence on fossil fuels, coal, nuclear and some renewables locks the evolution of our civilization to a stronghold.

Increasing demand from the cryptocurrencies and massive-industrialization of China, India and the third world will also increasingly pressure the central capacity to supply electricity for all. Our standing monolithic energy grids are past their operational shelf lives. The aging energy grid system in the US is in due need for retrofitting and upgrading of its infrastructure. All the transmission lines, capacitors, meters and switch boards need to be revamped.

Recent studies and innovations in the solar sector have resulted in major improvements in the cost-effectiveness and performance of solar energy products. Improvements in manufacturing have led to decreased costs in the production of solar panels. Methods such as screen printing, laser processing, and thin-film technology have enhanced the efficiency and affordability of solar panels. Mono-crystalline, Poly-crystalline, Thin-film and Shingled solar panels are among the latest generation of improved efficient solar panel technologies. For the household, there is good news as the latest home energy conversion systems have improved their cost-effectiveness tenfold and innovation in super efficient lithium batteries make long storage capacity a reality. New affordable portable bug-out and off-grid solar kits include batteries, inverters, crystalline solar panels and Bluetooth controls.

These improvements are making self-sufficiency on the individual, home and farm center a real option. We will be free at last when we turn off our dependency on public utility companies.

In fact we are turning a corner into an age of really cheap energy, perhaps even closer to free energy technologies once we can tap into the zero point field. Imagine how self-reliant you can become with close to free energy. Imagine how the cost of living will plummet with these new tools. Work would take on a new dimension as you no longer have to spend time working to pay the utility bills.

Counties and neighborhoods will transition to local grids run by new close to free energy Tesla coils, switching off the central control grid. These regions, cities and communities will become independent, self-reliant, equipped with cheap electricity to power the evolution on this planet to a type 1 civilization.

Peak oil has become a myth of sorts as new oil gas fields continue to be discovered all around the world. According to Global Energy Monitor’s Global Oil and Gas Extraction Tracker (GOGET) 20.3 billion barrels of new oil and gas discoveries have been announced since 2021. A recent discovery in Shahini Iran, is allegedly the largest dry gas field containing 623 billion cubic meters of gas. In fact there are resources to supply humanity for millennia with oil and gas alone. It is not a coincidence that God blessed Earth with abundant resources. The universe itself is infinite in its resources. We have been sold rather the idea of scarcity, always competing for dwindling energy resources. This has led to the endless theater of war that fuels the post-industrial age. Becoming a post industrial society that is energy independent is far more complex and it is incumbent that we keep a watchful eye as parent corporations and government will control the energy grid. They are in the process of turning over control to AI which will manage power plants, trains, airports, ships, bridges, roads, internet, financial systems and giga-infrastructure. The immediate future will depend on the individuals, the households and farms to disengage from the energy grid. 

Neighborhoods and communities will be at the epicenter of a revolution in energy independence. This will be part of a cultural renaissance, where the human spirit lights the beacon into the future, returning to human-centered activities, families and independent thought, igniting sovereignty and rejecting AI-driven de-humanization technocracies.
